We offer free delivery on all orders over $500 (excl. GST) Australia-wide, with a few exceptions and conditions outlined below.

Standard Shipping Offer

To qualify for free delivery, your order must:

  1. Free delivery on orders over $500 (excluding GST)
  2. For orders under $500, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

Regional Exceptions:

A flat rate of $40 applies to deliveries to:

  • Western Australia (WA)
  • Northern Territory (NT)
  • Tasmania (TAS)

Miami Stainless reserves the right to update or amend this offer at any time.

Handrail Tube Shipping

  • Freight for handrail tube is not included in standard delivery charges.
  • Price on application (POA) – please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

Freight Insurance

For added peace of mind, you can now choose to include freight insurance with your order for just 2% of the total value. This optional coverage helps protect your purchase against loss or damage during transit.

Miami Stainless does not control the services of the courier companies and hence is not responsible for loss or damage to any goods caused during shipping. It is the responsibility of the recipient to purchase freight insurance for peace of mind and confidence. Freight insurance covers the total value of the goods purchased. To make a claim under freight insurance, all claimed items need individual photos and descriptions and must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Miami Stainless aims to offer you great service at competitive prices. If you happen to find a lower price on a stocked item, we will match any genuine offer.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST) Monday – Friday that do not require fabrication will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm (AEST) Monday – Friday and on Saturday will be dispatched next business day. Orders that require fabrication such as posts and wire swaging are dispatched within 3 business days.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you to find a suitable replacement or give you a refund. Alternatively, we can put your order on backorder until the new product arrives.

How do I track my order?

After we dispatch your order, we will email you your invoice. In the top right corner of the invoice, you will see the shipping provider and tracking number. Visit the shipping provider’s website and enter the tracking number.

Can I use hand swage tools on hydraulic fittings?

No, the fittings and tools are not designed for this purpose.

How far apart should I space my balustrade wires?

In most situations intermediate posts should be spaced no more than 1500mm apart with wires spaced no more than 80mm apart. This is a general guideline only and you should review our regulations page for more information.

Where do your products come from?

We only supply the highest quality products that are sourced from reputable suppliers that we have long-term business partnerships with. Our wire rope is sourced from a single Korean supplier who complies with our high standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfer for your convenience. Payment details are securely processed at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. You will receive a shipping quote at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are in unused, original condition. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns.

Do you offer custom fabrication services?

Yes, we offer custom fabrication for posts, balustrades, and other stainless steel products. Lead times vary based on the complexity of the request.

Can I visit your showroom?

Yes, we welcome visitors to our showroom. Please contact us to schedule an appointment or visit during our business hours.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for large orders. Contact our sales team for more information and a custom quote based on your order size.

What are the lead times for custom wire swaging?

Custom wire swaging typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. If you need an urgent service, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection from our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Do you offer installation services?

No, Miami Stainless supplies high-quality products, but we do not offer installation services.
