Delivery

Free delivery for orders over $500 excl GST. *Exclude Western Australia, Nothern Territory and Tasmania - $40 flat fee. Bulky, oversize, or overweight packages may incur extra freight charges. Delivery charges exclude handrail tube – price on application. Delivery times may vary.

$15.00 + GST up to 1 kilo

Domestic letter with tracking

For small orders weighing less than 450 grams, we offer a domestic letter shipping option with tracking for a flat fee of $4.50 (including GST).

Freight Insurance

Shipping does not include insurance.  If you are purchasing stainless steel fittings and hardware we recommend you purchase insurance to cover any damage or misplacement during transit. Miami Stainless can supply a competitive quote upon request.

Miami Stainless does not control the services of the courier companies and hence is not responsible for loss or damage to any goods caused during shipping. It is the responsibility of the recipient to purchase freight insurance for peace of mind and confidence. Freight insurance covers the total value of the goods purchased. To make a claim under freight insurance, all claimed items need individual photos and descriptions and must be made within 24hrs of receiving the package.
