Care & Maintenance of Stainless Steel Products
To ensure your stainless steel products remain in optimal condition and to maintain your warranty coverage, proper care and maintenance is essential. Stainless steel is not maintenance-free, but it is maintenance-friendly. With proper care, stainless steel can remain beautiful and functional for many years, even when exposed to harsh environments.
Miami Stainless provides comprehensive care and maintenance guidelines in our Cleaning and Maintenance Guide. Please download and refer to this guide for detailed cleaning instructions specific to your product.
General care recommendations include:
- Regular cleaning with mild soap and warm water
- Drying with a soft, clean fabric to prevent water spotting
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or saltwater environments
- Using stainless steel polish to help fight mineral deposits and pollutants
Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may result in corrosion or deterioration of the product, which would not be covered under this warranty. Tea staining and surface discolouration caused by environmental factors or lack of maintenance are not considered defects.
