How do I place an order?
Locate the products you want to order on our website using the navigation buttons or search box. Add the items to your cart and adjust the quantities of each item within your shopping cart. Click the refresh arrows next to the quanitity adjustment box to refresh the total price. Checkout and follow the steps. If you are a trade customer YOU MUST apply for trade approval and have received your trade approval email before a trade discount will be applied.

How do I get trade pricing?
You must have a trade approved account to shop for products at discounted prices. Trade accounts are approved at the discretion of Miami Stainless and require an ABN. To get trade approval simply create a new account and enter your Business Name, ABN and Builder's Licence(if required). You will receive an email when your account has been approved, which can take up to 24 hours. After you have received your email, pricing on our website will automatically change to trade pricing when you log in to your account.

What if I need shipping to a PO Box?
New Accounts - When you create your new account, tick the check box within the form labelled Please tick if this is a P.O Box address. This will prompt our system to default you to use AusPost Shipping.
Existing Accounts - When you check out, continue to Step 2: Billing Details. Choose the I want to use a new address option and fill out the form ensuring you tick the check box within the form labelled Please tick if this is a P.O Box address.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST) Monday - Friday that do not require fabrication will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm (AEST) Monday - Friday and on Saturday will be dispatched next business day. Orders that require fabrication such as posts and wire swaging are dispatched within 3 business days.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
We will contact you to find a suitable replacement or give you a refund. Alternatively we can put your order on backorder until new product arrives.

How do I track my order?
After we dispatch your order we will email you your invoice. In the top right corner of the invoice you will see the shipping provider and tracking number. Visit the shipping provider's website and enter the tracking number.

Can I use hand swage tools on hydraulic fittings?
No, the fittings and tools are not designed for this purpose.

How far apart should I space my balustrade wires?
In most situations intermediate posts should be spaced no more than 1500mm apart with wires spaced no more than 80mm apart. This is a general guideline only and you should review our regulations page for more information.

Where do your products come from?
We only supply the highest quality products that are sourced from reputable suppliers that we have long-term business partnerships with. Our wire rope is sourced from a single Korean supplier who complies with our high standards.


International Orders

Miami Stainless can ship to virtually any address in the world. Simply place your order and request an International Shipping Quote on checkout. Within 24 hours you will receive an email asking you to accept your shipping quote and continue payment. All packages under 25kg are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number. If you would like a quote on an express option, simply tick the Express box during your International Shipping request. 

All packages over 25kg cannot be shipped with Australia Post and must be sent using an Express Courier. Miami Stainless uses DHL for large international shipments that is usually a 2-3 day delivery service to almost anywhere in the world.
