Powerflex wire rope is a compressed wire construction. Once the individual wires are compressed the rope becomes rigid, not flexible, making it ideal for straight runs. The compression of the wires gives Powerflex a higher break load than standard constructions. The wire has a smooth and bright finish and ideal to use with factory swaged stainless steel fittings- Rigid, non flexible
