Miami Stainless’ range of sheaves and Nylon pulley wheels are produced from a high quality long life nylon. To minimise wire fatigue on shade sail corners, use a sheave with a diameter around 10 times the wire diameter. I.E. 3.2mm stainless steel wire rope requires a 30mm-35mm sheave.
