Stainless Steel Rigging Screws
Miami Stainless AISI 316 marine grade stainless steel Rigging Screws, also known as Bottle screws, are specifically suited for adjusting the tension and length of stainless steel wire rope, balustrade systems and other tensioning methods. Miami Stainless Bottlescrews consists of two (2) threaded AISI 316 grade stainless steel Threaded Forks or one (1) AISI 316 grade stainless steel Swage Stud and one (1) AISI 316 grade stainless steel Threaded Fork screwed into each end of a spun stainless steel threaded pipe, or Bottlescrew.
One end of the Bottlescrew is threaded left-hand and the other threaded right-hand allowing the tension to be adjusted by rotating the pipe. This permits both the stainless steel Threaded Terminals or Swage Stud to be screwed in or out simultaneously without twisting the attached stainless steel wire rope or fittings. Bottlescrews are specifically designed to conseal the threads within the pipe for an aesthetically pleasing streamline look.
